I will meet you where you are and help to guide you in becoming the best version of you. I especially enjoy working with clients from a Christian-based perspective for those who desire this.
I specialize in working with young adults/adults who experience anxiety and depression. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have been advanced training in CBT and practice DBT-informed care, however, I will work with you to tailor our work to your fit needs.
I am a firm believer that change is not just possible, but attainable for all of the clients I work with. I will help you towards building a life that is fulfilling and gratifying, as well as assist you with reaching your goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
