I specialize in working with people with trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The cornerstones of my approach are based upon genuineness and warmth. I am an EMDR therapist, and I completed my EMDRIA-approved EMDR training and became specialized in EMDR in 2019. For OCD, I use I-CBT and EMDR as treatment models. I am also trained in ERP. I offer assessments to determine potential OCD diagnosis.
