We can work together to help you find meaning, live your life with more ease, and meet your goals.
I work with individuals. I specialize in working with teens & adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, trauma, & family issues. My approach is talkative, friendly, & compassionate. I enjoy helping my clients improve symptoms of anxiety/worry, build self-esteem, improve communication/boundaries, and/or heal from traumas.
