Maximize Your Mind
Maximize Your Mind focuses on improving Executive Functioning skills through play-based games and activities. Included is a parent education and training portion each week so that parents can learn about how EF skills impact their children/tweens/teens and learn ways to practice the skills at home. This helps promote generalization and skill acquisition. Groups are for ages 4-18.

Girls' Empowerment Group
Girls' Empowerment Group is a girls only group focusing on improving social relationships with peers in the group. There are aspects of the group that include improving Executive Functioning skills, social understanding and emotional regulation skills. This group is for all ages: 4-18 and groups will be separated by age range.
