I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space for any and all people to hold whatever we need to work through. I work from a person-centered approach and I find Mindfulness techniques to be useful for most clients. I believe you are the expert on your life and you ultimately hold the answers, I am simply there to guide you to a different perspective.
