Healing Group: Teen Girls Group (Ages: 13-17)
This is a closed group. Starting April 20, 2023. The group will meet every Thursday from 5pm to 6pm. No more than 10 participants for each group. The group will last for 6 weeks with an option to continue for an additional 6 weeks. Fee: $200.00 for the entire six-weeks. Each six-week session(s) will include: *Group Talk Therapy *Therapeutic Art * Psychodrama *Guided Healing Mediations * Breath work *Self-esteem/Self-love/Confidence Building AND SO MUCH MORE.........

Postpartum Adjustment Women's Group
This closed group is here to provide new moms who may feel overwhelmed for weeks and/or months following the birth of their baby and who may be experiencing feelings such as exhaustion, insomnia, social withdrawal, feeling out of control, poor concentration, frequent crying, and forgetfulness to have a place of support and obtain therapeutic tools/techniques to help through this moment in their lives. This group is 6weeks with an option to continue for an additional 6 weeks. Babies are welcome. Fee: $200.00 which covers the entire 6-week period.
