I teach how to better acknowledge oneself, manage thoughts and feelings and communicate in way in which needs are met. I help individuals and couples be less defensive and more open. I am Solution Oriented. I see adolescents and adults. Individuals, couples and families. Clients have told me they appreciate my straight forward, caring and interactive approach with them.
I typically help woman learn to trust and assert themselves, be more direct and clear in their communication. I help men increase their capacity for emotional connection and soften their tone. I help individuals and couples learn to be more fair when in conflict so that they can ultimately increase their connection with others.
For most of us, communicating from the heart does not come natural.
