I provide assessments for clients of all ages and presenting concerns. These comprehensive evaluations provide you with an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. I assess for a variety of presenting concerns including autism, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. You will walk away with better insights into yourself and increased knowledge of what treatment is right for you.
I also provide individual and couples therapy! I believe individual healing is found by fostering a mind-body connection, living in line with our values, and changing how we relate to our thoughts! For couples, I believe relational health is found through fostering friendship, finding shared meaning, and handling conflict in a healthy manner.
I have completed Gottman Level 1 and utilize this method for couples therapy. Using research-backed techniques and assessments to track your progress, we will collaborately work to set and achieve your goals! Social IQ - Social Skills Group
This group is designed for those ages 6-19 on the autism spectrum. Join us for practice of social skills in real life settings. Participants will have a chance to connect with one another within the safety of the SNU campus. Activities will include: Sporting events (pickleball, minigolf, basketball, vollyball), Birthday celebrations (Each month a birthday celebration to practice interpersonal skills), Library trips (Monthly trips to the library on campus to practice interpersonal sklls in professional setting), Yoga, and Arts and crafts (pumpkin carving or DIY ornaments) .
