Openings 10am, 1pm & 2pm... Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and wish there was an off switch to your brain? If so, you've come to the right place. The foundation of my practice is grounded in the quality of the therapeutic relationship and belief that we all have the capacity for change. I am passionate about working with those who struggle with anxiety, self esteem, life transitions and learning to set and uphold healthy boundaries. My approach is genuine, person centered and strengths based. I enjoy working with those who are goal oriented & ready for change
Though i've worked with all ages, I've found I love working with college students and young adults. My goal is to build a trusting relationship, work together to explore your strengths and needs, provide you perspective to gain greater self awareness and to help you find balance in your life. I use several different modalities to do this.
What are your goals? How can I help you reach them? I am a firm believer that you know you best. My job is to simply provide you with the tools and perspective necessary to guide you in finding your own unique path. Thank you for taking the time to read my page. I look forward to meeting you.

Groups
Making Connections
A telehealth group to help those with social anxiety to meet others who may share similar struggles.. The purpose of the group is to help build social communication and coping skills for anxiety and to support one another in recognizing our own internal strengths. We will learn to embrace the idea that fear and bravery can coexist. We will learn to take thoughtful risks, make healthy decisions and begin to grow our self confidence in these areas.
