We offer small 3 to 6-person emotional support meetings at Fundamental Solutions. Our facilitators will lead the groups on essential topics so you don’t feel awkward or alone. We have groups for teens, men ’20s, 30’s, 40’s, and above, LGBTQ+ groups, and women in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and above. No annoying psychobabble, just meeting good people and brainstorming about topics that affect your everyday life!
