I am a trauma and attachment-informed, lived experienced clinician with a specialization in OCD spectrum and anxiety disorders. I have moved beyond the one-size-fits-all approach in treatment by embracing effective and evidence-based interventions rooted in neuroscience that are quickly gaining momentum in the field - think I-CBT, RF-ERP, ACT.
