I’d like to introduce you to something called your Autonomous Healing Center. I know from experience that struggles with food and body image often need an approach that's outside the box. My practice focuses on working in partnership toward what heals you. Using a unique combination of creative, action-based therapy methods and Somatic Experiencing, I help people make simple adjustments that lead to big impacts in their lives.
