I often work with folks struggling with anxiety, anger, relationship problems, ADHD, dissociation, sensory sensitivities, and creative blocks. I'm here to help you find out how to step into underlying pain in a manageable way. Because it's possible to process this and actually feel relief.
I've received a majority of my specialized training in trauma processing. I use somatic psychotherapy, art therapy, and The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM): a powerful trauma processing modality rooted in parts work. I welcome all questions about the therapeutic process so you can gain a clearer understanding of what you're doing and why you're doing it.
Honestly, it's an honor to facilitate exploration of someone's consciousness. To make space and room to really sink into what the mind and body are communicating.
