Using a warm, non-judgmental and interactive style, my 25 years in the field allows me to .guide people to make changes so they can live the life they want. Working with children (age 4- teenage), adults, and couples are my areas of expertise. One size does not fit all so I tailor strategies to you. If you are looking for help with intimacy or divorce, anxiety and depression, parenting or stress managment, together we will find ways to help you be happy inside yourself and your relationships.

The combination of traditional solution focused and cutting edge techniques help! Mind- body strategies, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral techniques, Gottman couples work , and play therapy provide invaluable coping skills. My training reflects my passion and includes a doctoral degree with Harvard internship as well as numerous certifications since then.
