I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self- esteem, communication skills, relationships and life transitions. I have experience working with children/ adolescents, teens, and adults in multiple settings. I use a range of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, Person- Centered, DBT, and Play Therapy.
While providing compassion and emotional support as we explore different stressors, traumatic experiences, and generational trends, my goal is to help you learn healthy coping skills and navigate through life as you work towards positive change, and you bloom into the best version of yourself.
