Life often feels messy and complicated and we can get stuck in the same thought patterns, interpersonal conflicts, or ways of seeing the world that keep us from living as our best selves. My goal is to support clients in managing their stressors and building skills to show up in the world that feels authentic to them. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space for clients to do the work of finding their own voice, processing through their struggles and issues, identifying and using coping skills, and showing up in relationships in an authentic way.
My ideal client is someone who is motivated to be the best version of themselves but finds themselves stuck in the same thinking or behavioral patterns and wants support to make changes. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues around body image, self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts.
I strive to listen, reflect and occasionally push back to help clients achieve their goals and move forward. I hope to partner with you in growing toward the best version of yourself and living a life of abundance.
