The pressure to succeed as a child of immigrants, combined with generational trauma and cultural expectations, can intensify these struggles.

Drawing from my own background, I have a personal understanding that allows me to offer a culturally responsive care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. I often integrate CBT, EMDR, and Person-Centered techniques in my work.
