Are you tired of feeling anxious, burnt out, and overwhelmed? Do you spend your days worried about what others think of you? If so, I want to empower you with new skills to find relief and create meaningful change. Through the use of CBT, ACT, and EMDR you can learn skills to address codependence, people pleasing, and difficulty saying no or setting boundaries. We will work to address intrusive thoughts and feelings of unworthiness or self-blame that prevent you from living your most meaningful life. When speaking about sensitive topics, you will be met with compassion and acceptance instead of shame or judgment.

In this space, you will learn concrete coping skills, be assigned homework, and be challenged when it is appropriate to overcome current unhelpful behaviors or ways of thinking. You will build the skills needed to engage in healthy, meaningful relationships. Discussion of folk practices and spirituality is welcome and can be included in your healing journey.
