Men's Relationship Growth Group

Purpose of this group is to create a safe, supportive, and vulnerable environment where males are seeking personal and relational growth opportunities that includes the following topics: relationships/relational health, self-confidence, emotional regulation/expression, life-purpose/meaning making. This group is an open group, meaning you can come as often as you would like, but you do have to fill out an interest form and ensure you're a good fit for the group.
