Chantell is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician located in South Florida. Fluent in English and Spanish and dedicated to helping adults with past/current trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, unhealthy relationships, self-esteem, self-love, depression, and anxiety. Chantell has provided trauma-focused individual therapy and facilitated support groups for grief and loss, self-love, and parenting skills in the community for over half a decade. Chantell provides virtual trauma-focused individual therapy to adults 18 and older who live in Florida. The therapeutic approach utilized is Person (Client) Centered Therapy. The main therapeutic modalities utilized in therapy are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).

Treatment goals will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
