I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and am an LPC in Texas. I have been in the mental health field for the last 8 years working with a wide variety of clientele from adolescents to adults. I specialize in anxiety and trauma treatment utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. As a military spouse I have had the honor of working with a wide variety of people across the US. I specialize in treating anxiety and trauma. I utilize CBT and EMDR to pinpoint negative thinking patterns that lead to difficult emotions and maladaptive behaviors. With both of these approaches, the goal is to rewire the brain for improved functioning.
