English
| Français I am committed to offering a therapeutic space where you can feel safe to be curious and challenge your familiar patterns. Together, we will work to gain new insights into the roots of your difficulties in order to create the lasting change you're looking for. You may be looking to work through major life changes, grief or relational issues. In my practice, I work with people who struggle to connect with themselves and what they want, feel distant or overwhelmed in relationships and I have expertise in complex and attachment-based trauma.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective which means we will explore your past in order to understand your present and untangle old patterns that might no longer be serving you. I also integrate somatic and trauma-focused modalities seeing your unconscious bodily reactions as holding a lot of the answers.
Additionally, I have expertise in addressing the struggles associated with immigration and adapting to a new culture. I strive to keep in mind the cultural, racial, political, and economic factors influencing your everyday experience. I offer therapy in French. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-min consultation.
