Choosing a therapist can be difficult. To give you an idea about my work, I am a therapist who specializes in working with adults and couples who are stuck in emotional confusion and suffering and are wanting to broaden and develop their self awareness as a way out of the suffering. I help adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, or are having problems within their emotions and thoughts.

I have a strong background in working with acute mental health issues, particularly complex trauma. Many of the patients I see have been in other forms of treatment but have not found relief.
