I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and addiction. I enjoy incorporating tangible tools to help clients feel empowered and in control of their lives. I also help clients ask deeper questions that might unearth some of the internal forces that drive their everyday behaviors.
I use evidence based modalities (i.e. IFS, CBT, MI) along with techniques of psychoanalysis, depth psychology, and Buddhist psychology. Together, we explore the subconscious, understand more clearly the why behind your habitual patterns, and also look at ways to practice techniques that work for you.
