I believe that therapy is about meaningful change. I work collaboratively with individuals in a safe and empathic environment to foster self-exploration and growth. I use a variety of techniques to help reduce stress, navigate life transitions and challenges, and build more healthy and rewarding relationships. My goal is to derive a deeper understanding of life, while fostering emotional resilience and finding genuine connection with others.
I specialize in the reduction of depression, anxiety, and stress; relationship enhancement; healing through grief and loss; gender and sexuality issues. My background in child psychology, trauma, and grief and loss informs and deepens my work. My approach to therapy is interactive with the use of mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, and behavior therapies.
I work with people of all ages, primarily with adolescents and adults, to identify personal strengths, and uncover areas for growth.
