I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist clients in understanding their emotional inner world, learn how to reach for connection, and know how to respond when your partner reaches out. Through intentional conversations I help clients experience emotional intimacy and connection that avoids blame and criticism.
I offer a warm, down to earth, and collaborative approach. I am committed to racial/social justice, and equality. I use a trauma focused lens to understand the ways that marginalization and trauma impacts individual development, sense of self, and how it affects the relationship.
