While I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, I specialize in treating individuals and couples who work in creative and technical fields. As a filmmaker who worked in the entertainment industry and then pivoted to tech, I understand what it takes to navigate and cope in these uniquely challenging environments. I have specialized experience working with clients affected by anxiety, neurodivergence, ADHD, relationships & dating, perfectionism, executive functioning difficulties, imposter syndrome, creative blocks, C-PTSD, narcissistic & emotional abuse, and career & life transitions.
My sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and priorities, with an emphasis on strength-based, client-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed care. My style is collaborative, warm, authentic, and systems-oriented. Together we'll work to better understand and navigate the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
