Relationships are our quality of life, but loving relationships can feel so hard! I use the science of relationships and sex to transform lives. At the heart of many issues is a struggle to feel connected to yourself and your partner. So much of what we experience in relationships and sex are normal, but become problems due to lack of accurate education, experience, or practical solutions (and sexual skills!). Over the years I have worked with thousands of people form all walks of life in multiple settings. I have worked with people at rock bottom or the height of their lives- life has a way of pushing us to continually grow. That push often shows up as problems.
Part of my work has been with with people who are highly intelligent, creative, athletic, and/or neurodivergent. My style includes compassionate listening and guidance, but also direct feedback. Women's Trauma Processing Group: November 2024
Group counseling services are designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to work through their problems with others who are going through similar experiences. Group therapy facilitator helps members process past experiences, find solutions for moving forward, and rewrite their narratives of trauma to build resilience.
