My experience helping clients to discover and follow their own pathway for healing, growth and fulfillment.
My therapeutic focus includes: anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and identity development. I utilize a variety of approaches to therapy, depending upon each client’s personality and life perspective. My approach is strength based, collaborative, and person-centered, utilizing CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
