I hope to help individuals work through the most difficult facets of their lives, by providing them with the necessary clinical support, therapeutic interventions (CBT/DBT/other integrated therapies) and approaches that have proven to be effective for positive life change.
I love helping people make positive changes in their lives that are essential for personal growth and happiness. I also provide group therapy for adolescents and adults, which is a service that I offer and can be inquired about over the phone.
