Currently accepting new clients and offer convenient evening and weekend hours. My compassionate, warm and inviting approach makes it easy for clients to come to me and talk about the things that are sometimes hard to say even to themselves. I regard each client with immense respect and work to create a safe and healing space allowing us to help you explore the issues with which you struggle and begin to find some of the answers you seek and tools you need to grow.
My career has spanned almost three-decades and I have worked in a variety of clinical environments. Including building a thriving private practice, as well as having worked at Duke University Medical Center in their inpatient psychiatry. My specialties include mood disorders (e.g., depression), anxiety disorders (including phobias) and PTSD/Trauma.
