If you found yourself feeling lost, stressed, out of control, anxious or depressed by the difficulties in life, I am here to help. I work with individuals who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, sexual dissatisfaction/dysfunction and other mental/behavioral health challenges. Through therapy, you'll create and maintain positive changes in daily life. We will work together towards your goals so you can be the self that you want to be and live the life that is meaningful and fulfill.
My experience as a psychotherapist, somatic healer and life/mindset coach, has been focused on helping individuals reprocess traumatic and stressful life events and assist them to discover their inner strengths and unleash the full potentials in life. I use EMDR, Body Psychotherapy, Expressive/Sensorimotor therapy, CBT etc. to enhance therapy outcomes.
My therapy approach is trauma-informed strength-based. I value the connections of mind-body-spirit holistic healing process in the therapy. I believe you are the expert of your life. My role is to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can access to your inner strengths to experience a life you find meaningful.
