In my practice, I work in an eclectic, client-centered approach, creating a supportive, healing atmosphere where you may feel safe to explore any issues that may arise. I work with all ages and issues, but specialize in working with children, adolescents, at risk youth, and special needs populations.
Creating art feels good and is healing! You do not need an art background to reap the benefits of art therapy. When we cannot express things verbally, the process of making art can lead to communication and insight. Art therapy is for anyone who is open to exploring and discovering their true self.
