I have 9 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings. I have also worked helping people adjust to life's transitions- death of a family member, job change and relationship issues.
I believe the foundation of all therapy is relationship. Through therapy, I find client's personal strengths and help them use them to reach their personal goals. I use CBT,mindfulness, psychoanalytic and sand tray techniques to help clients with their anger, grief, anxiety and depression.
