Hello, my name is Jonathan and I thank you for visiting my page. Joining counseling tends to be a little bit scary and anxious-provoking. In addition, your friends or family members might think that you are wasting your time and money. So, I can understand how cultural and even your mind will try to convince you that you don't need counseling. So, when is necessary to participate in counseling? I would say whenever you want to get to know more about yourself, when you are noticing doubts, sadness, anxiety, anger, loneliness, and other factors interfering with your sleep, mood, relationships, and daily performance.
I lived in Mexico and now in the U.S. for almost two decades each, so I can easily accommodate your primary language. I am a very visual person so I use my board, videos, props, stories, quotes, and materials to make the complex stuff easy to understand. I want to listen, to be present, and help you in your journey of recovery, improvement, and hope.
