In individual sessions I work with adults, and adolescents from various cultures and backgrounds. I use a strength based approach that incorporates CBT, and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with clients living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and substance use.

As your counselor my goal is to create a safe space as you explore goals and work to obtain them. We will work together to improve your mental, and over all wellness.
