This group is to allow a 'time out' from the daily grind of everyday life we call motherhood. Don't get me wrong- being a mom is a blessing and brings a world of appreciation and joy. It also brings unknown stressor's, pressures, feelings of judgment, anxiety, relationship strain, isolation, and more. This group is a place to allow a safe non-judgmental space to give time, fellow support, guided solutions, and allow you the free space for expression/ventilation around the honest pressures we face as moms. Group is to start 1x monthly Mid-January 2023.
