In my work with individuals, I work with my clients as a trusted confidant, partner in problem-solving, and empathetic witness to their lives. For many, therapy can be a powerful tool in establishing a more balanced and fulfilling life. It is an honor and a privilege to assist those working towards positive change in their lives. Issues commonly addressed include anxiety, difficulties with sustained attention, obsessive/compulsive thoughts and behaviors, and challenging life transitions.
I offer individuals a wide range of research-supported interventions (e.g. CBT, ACT, and ERP). I specialize in addressing anxiety disorders, OCD, and ADHD. In my work with families, I offer new approaches and tools to parents. I help children and teens facing emotional and behavioral challenges to find effective adaptations that foster healthy development.
In addition to the use of evidence-based approaches, I also draw upon each individual’s unique understanding of themselves and their needs. Together, we will co-create a path towards the goals of most importance to you. I offer teletherapy services to those in Washington state.
