My intention is to help you explore the adaptive patterns you have developed and work towards challenging the patterns you would like to shift. You are the experts of your own lives, I simply offer a new perspective and hopefully encourage you to find clarity in the areas of your life which are ambiguous, hurtful or distressing.
I use a combination of modalities and tools in my practice including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), talk therapies which vary depending on your needs, couples therapy utilizing Gottman methods and family therapy/ group therapy.
