In our daily lives, we can all feel overwhelmed by unexpected situations, unfortunate losses and unendurable psychological pains. My goal is to help you to understand these experiences, create a more authentic way of living, and to build more fulfilling personal relationships.
I am trained as a contemporary psychotherapist/psychoanalyst which means I tend to focus on what is spoken and unspoken. I also listen for ways in which current and past relationships impact our on-going sense of self and self-esteem.
