My practice invites you to come as you are and supports the journey home to your conscious, authentic self. My philosophies are positive, humanistic, and relationally-focused. I view humans holistically, as greater than the presence or sum of any part(s), with immense capacity to evolve beyond societally given ego identities. In this age of overzealous rationalism, I pledge the human heart feels most abundant when close and connected to others, not just in our partnerships or families, but within the collective consciousness and community in which we inhabit. The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.
My niche is working with single, married, or divorced individuals to improve their interpersonal relating and intimacy skills. Building a conscious and lasting relationship with a partner as an adult involves a dynamic exploration of how we received love, how our relational needs were met, and what we observed as intimate relating in our childhood home.
The desire to give and receive love is a universal human need. While we are inclined to believe there are only external barriers to intimacy, I will unveil the internal barriers with you, and help you journey towards deeper relating. I invite you into this process of releasing wounded core beliefs to become 'the one' you wish to partner with in this world.
