Integrating complementary techniques, I offer an eclectic and highly personalized approach, tailored to each individual client's situation. With compassion, humor, and understanding, I work with each client to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
Prior to opening my practice, I cultivated 14 years of experience through the Eating Disorders and Adult Mood Disorders Clinics at WPIC. I have experience in working with late life / aging issues as well. I value a truly holistic view of each individual's life and needs.
I provide a unique counseling experience, validating the humanity in each of us. I believe in creating an environment of honesty, openness, and non-judgement. I strongly believe that humor is a highly underutilized tool in this world. The work of therapy is hard; the rewards are life-changing.
