I have over ten years experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, interpersonal problems, and many other difficulties.
Apart from my private online practice, I serve as clinical director at a community mental health center specializing in Asian American concerns. I received my graduate degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and my undergraduate degree from Brown University.
