My focus is to help you to connect with the deeper you, the one that’s most authentic and true. Through that process, we work on releasing what’s not truly you, such as the anxiety, depression and other challenges that might present as “you”. These also include core beliefs and limiting thinking that prevents you from experiencing and living your innate joyful self.
My approach is called transpersonal therapy which is a holistic approach that focuses on mind, body and spirit (non-religious). I use techniques such as meditation, guided imagery, art, music, journaling and mindfulness practices that help you explore yourself on a deeper level and undo the layers of mental/emotional hardship and distress.
I work with those who feel ready to finally let their inner light shine! My goal is to empower you at the highest level. With that said, therapy requires really doing “the work” and being proactive in utilizing the techniques outside of session time.
