Welcome! I specialize in working with autistic folx (early and late-diagnosed, both formally and self-diagnosed) who want to learn how to unmask, heal internalized ableism, and live an authentic life true to themselves. As late-diagnosed multiply neurodivergent person (AuDHD) myself, I offer a depth of understanding only lived experience can provide. I am particularly well suited to work with autistic folx with co-occurring ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, and trauma (PTSD and cPTSD).
I am committed to helping autistic folx learn to radically accept themselves for who they are, without the need to push themselves to mask or perform neurotypicality. With a person-centered, warm, and existential approach, we collaborate together to support you in meeting your goals.
As a queer, multiply neurodivergent agender therapist, I provide therapy that is neurodivergence-affirming; LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and transgender-affirming, kink/poly friendly, and People of the Global Majority-affirming. Although life may feel extremely hard right now, therapy offers a non-judgmental space for you to achieve new insights and clarity.
