Life is tough, precious, challenging, and full of possibilities. Yet, too often we find ourselves in survival mode just managing the overwhelming moments. Problem is, this pulls us further away from how we want to feel and be in the world. Whether that looks like depression, anxiety, substance use, traumatic reactions, self-harm, family conflict, or something a bit different- I am here to help. In therapy, we can change the way you relate to your suffering, finding relief and more space for the fun stuff. We will work to understand your thoughts, befriend your feelings, and shift behaviors so you can find a calmer state of being.

I do my best to meet you where you are- There are times when a holding space for your feelings or your story is most supportive, and other times when tangible skills are more helpful. We co-create an environment for bringing in experiences and working toward what you need in order to participate in your life in a way that you can be proud of and value.

This group focuses on helping kids with social pragmatic challenges to build skills to develop emotion regulation and behavioral control in order to better manage feelings, reactions, and frustrations that come up during social interactions. Using a combination of unstructured play/movement and skill-building activities, this group serves to increase members' awareness and choices in social situations and adding tools to their toolbox to better manage their emotions and behavior in the moment (with some fun games and movement in the process!).

This is a group for young teens seeking to be in a supportive space to talk about, process, and get support around managing the difficult feelings and stressful parts of navigating life. The group focuses on helping members build coping and relational skills through use of processing with expressive mediums be it writing, drawing, playing, or watching things together. Using a combination of therapeutic activities and conversation, the group will focus on helping members build tolerance for hard feelings, find helpful ways to manage stressful situations and connect with other people.
