It is my goal that each person I meet with feels these needs being met. One of the greatest privileges of my work is to walk alongside individuals during some of their darkest seasons of life. I strive to provide a space for hope and healing.
I work with individuals using a combination of therapeutic modalities that are client centered and collaborative. I will work with you to identify the areas on which you would like to focus and collaborate with you to build the skills you need to bring about change in your life.
I understand reaching out to therapy can sometimes feel daunting and even scary. I provide a 15 min free consultation to see if I feel like a good fit before your first session. This consult is confidential but does not automatically make you my client. You are not my client until we agree upon this and have our first session and sign intake documents.
