Depression, anxiety, conflict or life transitions can leave us feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Therapy can, and should, be a safe and collaborative relationship where we work through the complications of life and relationships to find a more hopeful, rewarding and loving experience of the world. I want you to feel active in your therapy as we work toward gentle healing and personal growth. In addition to working with individuals, couples and families, I offer retreats, groups and am the co-creator of Her Table Wealth and Wellness which combines therapy with financial coaching to help women truly level up.
I use an integrated approach combining Cognitive-Behavioral, Relational, and Mindfulness based therapies to help clients transform their lives and relationships with others. I believe that the therapist-client relationship is one of collaboration and I work hard to build an atmosphere of trust and safety where change can occur.
I believe interpersonal connection is key. My personal style is direct and straight-forward while at the same time patient and caring. I also love to incorporate humor into therapy, with a firm belief that sometimes, we just need to laugh.

Women's Retreat
I offer women's weekend retreats. Enjoy a weekend of self care as we nurture our souls, explore our own self narratives and create new pathways for our hearts to travel. Spend two nights and three days in a lovely setting that with a small group of women. Every detail of the weekend is created with the intention of holding space for you to find and explore your life transition. You will be invited to participate in group and solo mediations, workshops and therapeutic circles. Nurture your body with lovingly prepared meals in a communal setting.
