I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults using psychodynamic and relational approaches. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each client. I help people who are motivated to change patterns and behaviors; clients who view therapy with an attitude of openness and collaboration.

Clients are provided with a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment where current pain can be examined from the context of personal history. Together we will look at your social and emotional development, family relationships, cultural context, and other environmental and social factors.
