My orientation as a therapist is Cognitive-Behavioral. I assist clients with understanding how their thoughts transfer into behaviors. I work with clients who need assistance with anxiety, attention deficit, depression, grief and loss, marriage, OCD, and step-family issues. Clients must be 17 years of age and older. As a professional therapist, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 1995. I have been a Trauma and Loss Therapist since 2000. I was the Coordinator of Crisis Counseling and Prevention for Conroe Independent School District from 1992-2006. I have been a licensed Minister since 1990.
I graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1990 with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I completed my undergraduate degree at Baptist University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1985. I was a four year starter in baseball and football while attending BU.
